The mission of Friends of Fletcher Miller is to support the staff, students, and families connected to Fletcher Miller School, which serves individuals with complex multiple disabilities. Recognizing that students require exceptionally high levels of care and that staff are often exposed to the physical, emotional, and potentially traumatic demands of supporting such fragile individuals, we are committed to providing resources, appreciation, and assistance that strengthen the entire school community. Our purpose is to ensure that staff have the tools and resilience to thrive in their roles, families feel supported, and students are valued and uplifted through the dedication of those who serve them
